I'm Back!!!

It's been awhile since I have been on here!! Things have been crazy around the Lambert household.. yes the LAMBERT household! :) 

So the last time I was on here, it was before our wedding happened!! Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL and I am so thankful for all of those who helped with the wedding and came to celebrate with us! I will forever remember that day as one of my favorites!! We went on our honeymoon to Costa Rica for a week and it was even more beautiful! Lounging at the pool, drinking, eating like kings, going to shows every night, meeting other great couples, going on adventures... shall I continue?? Let's just say it was amazing and we didn't want to come home!! 

When we got back, I started my new job as a middle school math teacher! Talk about a different world that I am still adjusting to!! I love all of the people that I work with though--they are awesome!!

AND... we are FINALLY closing on our house Friday!!! We are over the top excited to finally have this process over with! Let me tell you, buying a HUD home is something else!! So many things that needed to be done with paperwork but we are finally at the end of this long process!

Friday Five

FRIDAY FIVE!

SO... I have been MIA lately because of all of the many things going on!! 

One// We moved back to Texas a couple months ago!! Things have been nuts since moving back!! Blaze's new job is very cool but very busy! 

Two// Our wedding is EIGHT days away!! Next Saturday is our big day and then we are off to COSTA RICA!! Blaze let it slip a couple weeks ago.. lets just say that I was excited to finally find out!! 

Three// My second semester of grad school is over on Monday. In the middle of all of this craziness, I have been trying to work on my final that is due Monday! 

Four// My bachelorette party was last weekend and it was so fun! I wish I could see my girls like that every weekend!! Love them so so much!

Five// Hope yall all have a great weekend!! :)

Wedding Hair: I have narrowed it down to these four hair styles for the wedding! It is easy and flowy. My hair isn't super long and I don't really want to get extensions. Which one do you think is best?

The Glam Series: Summer Favorites

Here are some of my favorite go-to summer beauty products!!

All of these are under $10!!

Loreal Sunscreen $9.99-awesome spray on sunscreen with 50 spf!! Love this stuff at the pool

Chapstick $1.02- we all get dry lips in the summer due to the sun! It is always a great idea to have some chapstick lying around!!

5 Minute Plus White $13.99- I have grown to LOVE this teeth whitener. It is super cheap and works as great as those expensive ones!! I order mine off of Amazon but you can find this at Walgreens or Walmart as well!!

Waterproof Mascara $5.99- I love Great Lash mascara! This mascara is perfect for the pool because it IS waterproof and goes on easy!

Gillette Fusion $8.99- Not sure about you ladies, but I would WAY rather use a guys razor than the girl ones!! I think they work better!! But Gillette Fusion makes great razors!!

Batiste Dry Shampoo $5.99- Love this when I dont have time (or feel like) washing my hair! Definitely does the trick!! And this comes in different bottles for different hair colors!

Wedding Wednesday

I had my first bridal shower a couple weeks ago!! Here are a few of the big gifts that we were hoping for that we got!! :) 

We have another shower next saturday but instead of just girls, it is a couples shower! I'm super excited for that one!! More gifts to come!!

Weekend Update

The past couple weeks have been super busy! Last weekend, Blaze and I actually moved back to Texas!! He got a new job and is now a Scout for the Cleveland Indians! Yes, the MLB team! :) Super exciting for him and the fact that we can now tell people!! I also had my first bridal shower which was hosted by my awesome MOH and best friends!! She is in Germany right now (I'm super jealous).

I am also now working from home! My company is awesome and is letting me work from home instead of having to leave them! Thank goodness I work in the computer industry! :) We can work from anywhere!

I sent out our wedding invitations on Friday too!! Everyone texted me excited that they got them Saturday!! Talk about fast mail service! SOOO Im hoping that I get a ton of RSVP's back soon (since they are stamped and ready to be put back in the mail) haha

Not sure what all is going on this week but we have our couples shower NEXT weekend (the last weekend in June). That will be fun to see everyone and Blaze will be at this shower! Im excited!

We have less than 2 months..(46 days) until the wedding! 32 days until the bachelorette party in Austin!! Things are getting close and it's about to be crunch time!!
